I have participated in over 500 mil dollars in transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets, also working for developers and overseeing lease-up of multi-million dollar communities.
However, I found my niche and great success with residential real estate. As an expert in the field, I have assisted a wide variety of clients, including sellers looking to downsize, upsize, relocate, transition to the next life stage, and avoid foreclosure. Additionally, I have helped buyers of all kinds, including those relocating to the area, investors, first-time homebuyers, those purchasing new construction, and experienced buyers.
